New loungewear collection

Inspired by India

Sometimes a collection doesn't start with fabric or a print, but with an adventure. During Pip's journey through India, past colourful temples, winding alleys and markets full of scents and stories, the first idea was born. What Pip saw, felt and collected there grew into the new loungewear collection.

From inspiration to print

How an idea grows into your favourite loungewear

A new collection starts with colour: this season, our designers have chosen blue, pink and lots of white as a bright base. This was followed by a search for balance between large flowers, delicate twigs and graphic shapes. This mix is reflected in the graceful flowers of the Marigold print, or the playful details of the Kairi Bloom and Jaipur Flower collections. Even in the finest twigs, such as in the Bodhi Flower collection, attention has been paid to every line. The decorative borders are inspired by Indian patterns and give each item that little bit extra. Everything is built up layer by layer, with a mix of digital techniques and hand-drawn details.

Prints are mixed so you can effortlessly combine the pieces. From a kimono with bold florals to trousers with a fine graphic pattern. To keep things balanced, the designers added enough solid-coloured pieces. They bring calm to your look and complete any outfit.

New designs and materials

Soft textures and natural comfort

Which items best represent India?
According to our designers, it's the quilted jacket, because of the feel of the fabric and its soft texture. But the kimono with marigold print also takes you straight back to India. The block print on the inside and on the sleeve adds a touch of India to every detail.

What (new) materials have been used?
Quilted fabric has been introduced for this collection, a new material that perfectly matches the warm, comfortable feel of loungewear. In addition, all items are now made from 75% cotton, with the exception of the quilted jacket, which is made from 100% cotton.

Which pieces are hanging in our designers’ wardrobes?

Every designer has their own favourite. Naomi chooses the dark pink Noa kimono with Bodhi Flower print: airy, feminine and perfect for daydreaming.

Nelleke is going for the quilted jacket with the Ornamento print. “It’s super soft and reversible,” she says. “So basically two jackets in one – ideal.”
